My fiance's aunt recently sold her condo and was looking to get rid of a few things. As a painter, she used this tool chest for her brushes and paints. As avid motorcyclists, my fiance and I have an ever-growing collection of tools and no wear to put it. Unfortunately, living in an apartment means we do not have a private garage and so the toolchest came up into the apartment.
Our living room is cream and turquoise so the toolchest looked really out of place. Plus, she also gave us a wonderful white couch and it was starting to look crowded out there.
I decided to appropriate it into the bedroom instead and I'm quite pleased with the result.
